A 25-month-old girl presented with focal neurological deficit was elicited on examination: left hemiparesis and peripheral facial nerve palsy 10 months ago. Ten months ago, she came to the hospital with vomiting, progressive hemiparesis with central facial palsy
Result MRI 3 Tesla: fusiform basilar aneurysm measuring about 12 x 20 mm

Figure 1: MRI 3 Tesla showed a fusiform basilar aneurysm (green circle).
Treatment:
- Stent-assisted coiling
- She were premedicated and started on 5 mg/ kg of aspirin (1 aspirin 81 mg tablet) and 0,5 mg/ kg of clopidogrel (solution between 1 clopidogrel 75 mg tablet and 10 ml warm water was used 1 ml) daily (based on a weight of 15 kg) in preparation for stent placement.

She was discharged on the six day after aneurysm occlusion with the improvement in her symptoms compared to admission.
